After doing my research I've come to the conclusion that Robert Guerrero would give Floyd Mayweather the most problems out of all the opponents being talked about outside of Pacquiao.* Canelo does not possess the best footwork and is a slow puncher.* Floyd would counter and eat him up all day.* Erik Morales is way past his prime and would not give Floyd a challenge.* Any fighter with slow feet will get out classed against Mayweather.* Which leaves us with Robert The Ghost Guerrero.* Robert is a slick southpaw with good feet and a great jab.* His ability to box inside and outside is problematic for any fighter.* Robert can take a punch and has good power.* People will argue that he cant take a punch based on the Casamayor flash knock down, but I tend to differ. It's not like Guerrero was hurt against Casamayor and that's the only time Guerrero has been dropped in 31 pro fights. Tito Trinidad was floored many times and got back up to dominate fights.* Being dropped should not be the premise when gauging a fighters style against another.* Guerrero has the skills to compete against Mayweather and beat him if he has the right game plan.* If there is anyone that is going to beat Mayweather its a long guy with great feet.* Guerrero makes perfect sense.*

Robert Guerrero is a big boy!

I see your point. but I think he will get his ass beat! He was not only hurt by Cas. He was also hurt by a couple other guys. Floyd wont miss his chin.

Should see how big he is in the photo next to Mosley LOL. I can't believe he makes 135, I just cant'. The kid is still ultra green though bro. He's a basic technical boxer. He blocks punches insteda of slipping them, he doesn't counter punch, he's very basic and plain. So much so that Salido dominated him just because he was cagey.

Just thought I'd bring some game up for ya, there is another fighter lurking around 154 that fits that criteria, guess who!!!!!!
IMO Guerrero still has some way to go before he gets to fight someone like Floyd, he should first fight guys like Khan or even Morales or Rios ... I like him, he's a good boxer but he still has to prove that he's among the best ... Right now I think the only one that can be a challenge for Floyd is Sergio Martinez, he's in his prime and is an experienced boxer.
The Ghost is one of my favorite fighters but he is fcking insane Mayweather would ko him Hatton style,he needs to prove he can beat contenders at 140 before even moving to ww contenders,he should call out Khan that kid is ducking no one right now.
I don't see it. Floyd's accuracy would look even better than usual against Guerrero. He'd land tons of short rights á la Corrales and eventually KO him.
I like watching Guerrero a lot but honestly his name has no business among this crowd just yet. Let's see if he wins a fight against someone like Rios or Burns in 2012.
Man please stop it... WTF is this based off. You see you fools are doing this again, Manny needs to get his ass whooped first, and then talk about someone else. Now all of a sudden Guerrero is the "ONE"......... man fukk that sh!t!!! LMAO!!!
NOW MUHHFUKKAS REALIZE PAC AINT SH!T AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY GOT SOMEBODY ALREADY LINED UP.... WHO HAS GUERRERO BEATEN?? Who has guerrero even beaten that is even B LEVEL??? Floyd is prime time, and yall let these goddamn reporters pump yall up. As floyd told yall, its a different ball game under them big lights.... Let guerrero fight Khan or even bradley first.... He aint done **** to deserve a shot at floyd in all honesty. He aint fast enough and hes not smart enough. Casamayor knocked his ass down, and casamayor just got dominated by bradley, and bradley aint ready for floyd either!!!!
are you off your meds
did you just say muhhfukkas
If he does not fight pacquiao, the only one that makes sense is Martinez, he needs to stop fighting little guys or inexperience boxers like ortiz, he needs to man up and challenge himself if he cares about his legacy.
Actually do something, isn't the best name in his resume Katsidis? :ugh:
He should aim for more viable options, Maidana, Rios, Matthysse, Soto, Alvarado...those names. Then Khan or Bradley, if he gets past any of the names I mentioned above.
