They do. It' just that Pacquiao's fights with Margarito, Mosley, and Marquez would've have gotten titles like--"Catchweight Title Fight"--"Overdue And Over Rated"--"Washed Up & Unwilling". LMAO... The last Pacquiao fight that had a title was "Firepower". Pacquiao-Cotto. That fight was close to being legit if they hadn't asked Cotto to make 145. If you don't want to face a guy for a title at 147, then he should've stayed at 140. Asking Cotto to make a catchweight was lame. It depends really. The really really big fights don't tend to be about titles anymore. It seems to be all about who will hold this mythical "P4P" title. You get the odd title & unification fights (Khan-Judah being one) but its rare that the top guys are willing to face each other. I think you misunderstand. I meant like Mayweather-Hatton was called "Undefeated," Pacquiao vs. Marquez II was called "Unfinished Business." I don't care about paper titles and WBC, WBA, IBF, and WBO belts.

I'm guessing Pacquiao is so hard to negotiate with that he refuses every title they come up with and says he'll only use a title if it's 2 weeks before the fight.
