This trilogy is a clear statement that boxing does not grade you on boxing anymore, rather flayling your hands real fast and looking pretty rather than simple boxing 101
I would say the third fight.
The first fight, i thought marquez dominated pac most of the fight, but because of the knockdowns, i agree with it being a draw. 2nd fight pac by 1. 3rd fight marquez by one.
^I'm curious though....what rounds did you give Marquez. I keep hearing people thinking Marquez winning but they never explain which rounds they gave him. I had JMM winning coming into the 12th by one point. He shouldn't had given the final round away. Poor call by nacho.
Gave Marquez rounds 2,4,5,6,7,8,9,10.
6,9,10 were competitive rounds that Pacquiao still lost clearly in my opinion.
Round 12 you can score even or give to either guy as nothing happened in that round.
Not a close fight, one could say competitive, but definitely not close in my opinion.
if pacquiao doesn't hurt and knockdown marquez he doesn't get any credit and doesn't win a round, because it doesn't seem like he's landing big shots thanks to jmm's lack of flowing hair to add the special effect that tards are are head over heels for and can't pick up on landed punch without it

Without a doubt the 3rd one, look at Pacquiao's reaction, Roach's, his team, the way his stablemates reacted and last but not least, the damn Boxingscene poll. Almost every poll on Marquez vs. Pacquiao I and II were almost dead even, this one was so one sided.
Without a doubt the 3rd fight.
I haven't seen the fight since Saturday and when I first watched it I thought Marquez won clearly. After all the debate about who actually won I find myself second guessing my opinion. I guess I need to see the fight again. Anybody know where I can see the fight in high quality?
Each time they fought, i think Pac has done better.
Fight 1: Because of the knockdowns, Pac should've won eventho JMM took him to school.
Fight 2: Was more evenly matched and def could've gone either way. I personally thought JMM won by 114-113 but it depends on how you score it.
Fight 3: I don't see a robbery here. I think people were blinded by the fact that they wanted the underdog to pull out hence they focused more on JMM's blows than Pacquiao's. I think JMM's victory was more clear in the second fight. In this fight, i think was a full out draw ONLY because the 11th round was pretty close and could've been given to Pacquiao AND JMM gave the 12th round away which was stupid. Even Roach said he had the fight won going into the 11th.
Pacquiao was hella disappointed by his performance hence why he didn't look happy.
I thought Marquez won all 3 and didn't find them particularly hard to score. All fairly clear to me.
But, although I need to watch it again, as of now I thought the 3rd was the clearest. Really just cause Pacquiao did less in the 3rd fight than the first two.
Marquez could have won the first fight, but he was knocked down too many times, which hurt the score. The second was definitely a Pacquiao win, and the third even more convincingly. Pac is obviously either getting Marquez figured out, or Marquez is slowing down.
III.
The first fight saw Marquez win 9 rounds for me and I had him just winning based on the knockdown's. The second fight could have gone either way. The third fight was not close. Marquez won 8 rounds and was jipped.
There was never even a definitive win for Pac. So, I'd say none. Else, we won't be having this discussion now.
Don't worry I scored the 3rd one 115-113 for Jmm but I won't disagree with anyone's score except if I see score likes 118-110.
The 3rd fight was the biggest robbery for me
I scored the 1st two fights for Marquez too but they were close so you cant really complain for too long becuase Pac had his moments too but in the 3rd fight Marquez was always in control. Strange because its the only fight I thought Pac would have the edge going in.
the first. i scored it 115-110.
2: 115-112
3: 116-112
all for marquez.
an interesting thing about the first round in the first fight, if there was a different referee that could have ended differently with pacquiao getting 1-2 points deducted or even a DQ for hitting marquez while he was down.
The truth hurts because they're facts - it actually happened in real life, not some make-up fairytale disney cartoon bulls**t.
I seriously would not want to base compubox as factual information.
two individual's keeping track of punches being thrown, landed missed. for all we know, they could have given both manny and jmm punches which landed on the gloves, elbows, shoulders. and even may have missed a few punches here and there. because they are constricted by the field of vision only being able to see certain angles of the fight.
When i see some of you talking about the punchstats, It really doesn't affect the way i saw the fight.
