If a footstomp is something that could not be avoided between a southpaw and an orthodox fighter, how come there wasn't one on there first 2 fights?

I would think foot stomps can easily be seen as an accident or if its a clear foul. It would get called out right away. Which is why I dont take too much stock in them, it happens unintentionally.

If a footstomp is something that could not be avoided between a southpaw and an orthodox fighter, how come there wasn't one on there first 2 fights? Manny had more movement in I and II. His plan of countering Jmm III also allowed Manny to be there when Juan came forward.
