It was confirmed by Rafael, Schaefer, Ellerbe, and about anyone affiliated with boxing that Top Rank plans to match Pacquiao with Marquez again, and Arum said "The Mayweather fight will still be there a year from now". So, they are ducking negotiations for a Mayweather fight. At least we know who was avoiding who for the past two years.
