I had wished for this fight to be close and it did. Many advantages for Manny. First, he looked vulnerable, hopefully Floyd will fight him. Secondly, how can critics ever say he is on PEDs? Thirdly, it humbles Pacfans. what a pachater.

floyd does not necessarily have the same style as marquez, this doesnt really prove anything, people think of manny as the only guy who could beat money may even when he struggled with marquez in the previous fights Most people think Pacquiao is a different fighter from when he fought Marquez before, just check all of the predctions for last night. Marquez and Mayweather are different fighters but i think last night is going to make some people reconsider what would happen if Mayweather vs Pacquiao gets made.

it'll benefit him when it makes pac more of the workrate fighter he was in the old days. it's great that his boxing has improved. turning into more of a boxer-puncher was needed to fight bigger guys. but boxer-punchers should never try to box pure boxers. that's something pure boxers are better at. let pac do his boxer-puncher schtick against bigger , slower guys. but if he is to have a chance against floyd (no matter how small a chance) he needs to be a workrate/pressure fighter. gotta eat 1-2 punches to land a punch. throw in bunches. get in his chest. don't give him space. might work. probably won't. but it's his only chance.
