Can anyone please confirm this? I found this online and want to know if its true. That margarito cant fight in ny thes is what i found But a source close to the situation believes the NYSAC have already decided that Maragrito will not be allowed to fight due to the loaded handwraps he was caught wearing prior to his January 2009 loss to Shane Mosley. "The decision has already been made that Margarito will NOT be licensed for the bout.It was made a while ago". Why so close to the fight though? "It is strictly a question of economics.The longer they wait the more money the promoter makes.The show will go on without Margarito".(Pawel Wolak or Vanes Martirosyan likey to replace Margarito) On Wednesday 16 November,Arum will meet with three commissioners who will decide Margaritos fate. "I am confident they will do the right thing.I have faith in them" said Arum.

Im pretty sure that when they picked the venue they would have made sure that both fighters where allowed to fight in that state,especially with the speculation with tony. I guessing what u heard was bull spit, but boxing is turning into a soap opera so u never know Pretty much, I wouldn't be surprised if it happened, though. Gotta' admit I'd be very disappointed and it would take away one of the two things I'm looking forward to this year.
