I can somewhat understand being mad about a fighter doing that, but it's certainly no excuse why Floyd wouldn't want to fight Pacquiao. If it's really an excuse, Pacquiao should say "I'll be there, give me a contract to sign." Promoters don't negotiate the date and venue. Surely this is obvious every time a big fight is in process of being arranged. The date and venue are subject to what is the date likely to make more money and the venue to what is available and also where the most fans likely to attend can get to easily. Venues have their own schedules and are often booked on dates preferred by promoters,so they have to look elsewhere or arrange the date to suit. I see this happening just about every big fight..................?????
