Why do Mayweather have to make his big announcements before Pacquiao fights?

Seriously? This cat is the biggest Pacquiao dick rider. I think he beats Pacquiao straight up. Ironically, Mayweather created Pacquaio If he fought him in the first instance, Pacquiao would have just been another lighterweight afterthought. It's like Pacquiao is his holy grail like some sick Monty Python bullsh1t!!! When floyd waited to annou nce his fight. guys like Bombs and Cgarcia said he was scared of manny and waited un til manny had a fight sign to announce he is fighting again. So this time around he puts it out there before manny has an opponent ( well at least publicly, privately Tim Bradley is all but ready) and the same guys complain he is doing it before. Which is it guys before or after?

He might as well do the same thing team pac has been doing to him. Pac's been a good fighter but his rise to stardom is based on him playing cool while looking good against BUMS while Arum yelling "Floyd is scared" and thats it. Any unbaised boxing fan with two eyes should see that Pac doesn't fight the same level of competition as Floyd. We all want them to fight AND Floyd does see something in pac that makes him want drug testing, but please stop with the B.S. I will bet my house that is they traded resumes from top to bottom you would say pac is the greatest and floyd beat a bunch of bums.

I don't understand how Mayweather created Pacquiao. Someone explain this to me. Manny's been a PPV fighter since Morales, and his name was only brought up with Floyd when he moved up to welterweight. They've only started negotiating after Cotto.
