Why hasn't Pacquiao done OSDT for himself and his opponents in his recent fights?

If anyone read Marquez' strength and conditioning coach Hernandez' interview in the front page, he's willing to have Marquez take a urine, blood, and fecal test for this fight to prove he's clean. Yet Ariza and Manny won't do it. WTF is up with that? They want to talk bad about Hernandez and his past, but when he calls them out on testing they have nothing to say. Just can't believe how blind some of these Pacroids are. If Pacquiao got caught on PEDs tomorrow they'd still be defending him saying it was a "conspiracy". You guys sure are a piece of work.

To all of you who are demanding that Manny should take OST, what authority do you have to make such demand? Manny already said that he will comply if the boxing authority or the commission who is in charge of the fight demands it. If I tell you to freeze, will you? If a cop tells you to freeze, will you? You are all barking at the wrong tree. Why dont you petition the boxing commission to impose that OST and see if Manny will refuse.

We all know that from here on out Floyd Mayweather is demanding that all of his future opponents agree to Olympic Style Drug Testing. My question is, why hasnt Manny Pacquiao done the same? This would be the easiest way to show the world that he clearly has no problems with Floyd's demands and that clearly Floyd is ducking him. It would almost be genius and it would be beating Mayweather at his own game. After the Manny/Floyd negotiations ended over random blood testing, I think Manny missed out on a golden opportunity. He could have gone on to demand OSDT against Margarito, Mosley, and now Marquez..... but he didnt. He could have shown Floyd that he is on the exact same playing level as Money May is. Randomly Manny Pacquiao will say "Im willing to take any test" in interviews here and there. But actions speak louder than words. If Manny stepped up and did OSDT for his own fights, he'd prove to everyone that he is 100% talent and 100% clean. But for some reason Manny wants nothing to do with "cleaning up" the sport of boxing, and is happy taking urine test for the state of Nevada. The same test that never caught Sugar Shane Mosley while he was with Balco. The same test which Victor Conte himself said are useless if "someone" knows what they are doing and how to cycle. Even if Pacquiao/Mayweather never happens, I would like Manny to end his career doing OSDT. It would clean away any dark cloud hanging over his career, and show us how naturally gifted of a fighter he truly was. Thoughts? Correct me if I'm wrong but no one has ever been caught doping thru blood tests. Everyone that was caught had been thru urine. But please correct me if I'm wrong by providing some articles on this or some proof that blood tests have actually caught anyone.

If you're not a part of the solution, you're part of the problem. I fail to understand why there isn't an increasing amount of pressure placed on this one fighter. He is supposed to be the new face of boxing. The definition of everything right and true. Why not take a stand and become a part of something that will better the sport that launched him into worldwide stardom? Lead by example. Don't let the bad boy of boxing be more driven to do the right thing, than you are. Don't let the ******* that everyone wants to see silenced have this one up over you. He doesn't want to take a stand against drugs because he won't be able to use them anymore. yes, you fail to understand. as you had said it, he's the face of the sport. why then does he have to jump over hoops to respond to doping accusations thrown a by a convicted drug pusher? that's the irony in this situation. a man who has never failed any drug test will have to clear his name to none other than the holiest of holies, his emminence, floyd sr. yes, you fail to understand.

You should direct that question to The USA Boxing Authorities overseeing Professional activities as well as renewing licenses of Boxers. Pacman been boxing inside USA for the past several years, and Boxing and Drugs authorities in USA,didn't find anything wrong with Pacman. While Mayweathers team and his loyal fans, keep on throwing that unsupported allegations that Pacman is on steroid/drugs, World Boxing Bodies, BWAA, & Media, such as Yahoo, ESPN,Time and Newsweek Mags., Guiness Book of Book Record, RING Mags and other Boxing Mags, keep on recognizing Pacman as one of the Best Boxer. floyd is not taking it himself, why aren't you focused on floyd also? ost is year round. floyd is not doing that. and what about the rest? there are hundreds of boxers out there. why aren't you demanding tests on each and everyone of them and only focused on one fighter? :bigeyes: Both great points but the bolded stands out the most to me. Very few fighters are demanding such testing and those that do don't submit to testing year round anyways. When it becomes mandatory and a guy still refuses to submit to it, then that is a cause for concern.

What? Olympic Style testing means the same testing but since its not the actually olympics, it cant be called "Olympic testing" Its the same testing, but not for the olympics:owned2: Agreed! However, the term "style" should also refer to the implications of the testing being year-round, not just during training. For me, and this is just for me: Olympic-Style implies: Blood or urine testing Random testing Year-round testing Not just a combination of the three.
