I doubt anyone can really have an accurate top 100 list. There are definitely some in your list I would disagree with.

This idiot copied Bert Sugars list and moved some guys around. I doubt he has seen a full fight of more then 5 of those guys and I garantee he doesn't know who 80-85 of those fighters are. Unless you have an immaculate collection of fights dating back to the 20s-30s, I find it hard for anyone really to come up with a Top 100 Boxers of All Time and going through each 100 fighters and stating which were their big fights and why they're top 100 w/out going on Wikipedia. and Pac at 3???
