Floyd Mayweather - Ortiz PPV only generated 250,000 PPV

I personally thought the 250,000 buys is low. On the other hand, there's a legitimate reason why they hid the numbers from the public. This never happened before, never in any of Floyd's PPV fights did HBO decide not to publish the numbers. The not so good news, this is permanent. HBO stroke a deal with Golden Boy to not publish it. You may call the numbers low, super low, over low, below the belt. Call it as you may, no problem. The 250,000 buys stands like a shame. the bigger shame is to Floyd Mayweather's command price in his future fight. Golden Boy and Floydie no longer can demand even a 50-50 split if that mega fight with PACMAN happens, never. 250,000 is not in PACMAN's current buying rate. The reason for hiding the numbers stands a mystery but it all has got to do with a very disappointing PPV buys of the Floyd-Ortiz, nothing more. Disappointing is still an over-priced word in this regard :p
