Basically, Pacquiao's reason on why he won't take the drug test is because it hurt his pride because of the PEDs accusation. But then, Mosley and Ortiz already undergo the blood test so I don't see a reason why Pacquiao won't agree. Yes, I've read reports that Pacquiao already accepted all the blood test, but he should said it officially to the world (not just on some random press interviews) that he would take the test. After he said that, all the decisions would now be on Mayweather. If Mayweather said yes then the fight is made. As simple as that. well don't dodge my question. If Mosley and Ortiz have done it why not Pac? 1) Floyd first ACCUSED Manny of doing PEDs to the world then said, "you want to fight?" 2) Mosley admitted to PEDs use so that was a big strike against him. Ortiz had no leverage. He even came in first into the ring even though he was the champ! Meaning he would do ANYTHING Floyd told him to do! 3) Manny doesn't need to give in because he is king at the moment and can get any fight he wants. 4) Even though I said what I said, Manny accepted to take the test .... Plenty of videos and articles stating so. Its up to both of them to negotiate now!

Floyd isn't wrong in asking for stricter testing, I won't get into the politics of it all, but to be completely blunt about it, Marquez believes in his abilities, Floyd Mayweather has not shown that same confidence. That's my opinion, I'm sure all the flomos will agree because they are such a kind peoples :killyou:
