Keith Kizer: Pacquiao was willing to do random testing performed by the commission
:bottle::bottle:
You mean pacquiao was ok with attempting to petition the commission in hopes that they might do the testing.
Its funny that Pac fans never comment in threads like this because they still have no reasoning as to why a fighter shouldn't want to do this kind of testing, Its hilarious.
:buttkick:
Nobody knows if Pac is or isn't on PED's but how will any ever know if he doesn't want to do the tests?
Manny has agreed to testing twice, dumb a$$...Manny said yes, just no too close to the fight....Then Floyd said 24 days, then changed his mind because HBO 24/7 saw that Manny had taken a blood test 14 days before the fight...First negotiation was assumed to be a tactic and Manny's team wanted one thing Floyd wanted another...negotiation died....second negotiation, Manny agrees to 14 days before the fight, Floyd gets even more scared and changes his mind again....now its testing all the way to the day of the fight.....third negotiation goes down and Floyd's camp denies that there was a negotiation happening...then head of HBO comes out and says there were negotiations happening...Floyd goes back on vacation...
here's a question that you probably have been ignoring.....if Manny is so one-dimensional and is an easy win for Floyd, why make a demand that can stop the fight ? you're asking why Manny won't take the test, now I'm asking why is Floyd even asking for one if he is the "so-called better" fighter....all you Flomo's have to work with is the test....test this, test that....f@ck the test....why not just fight ? its like the if the Lakers and the Heat were to play in the 7 game of the championship....and Lebron says, "we ain't playing the last game unless Kobe takes a drug test on the day of the game. he's too old to be still dominating the game...no test, no game..." the NBA doesn't have a rule that players must be tested on game day, but because Lebron demands it, should it be done... :boxing:
Those tests results were doctored, don't you remember they both tested positive for dihydrogen monoxide.:nonono:

Besides there was another cutoff date, random means you get tested every day up until the fight.:lol1:
check hooks : " there was a 10 day cut-off "
Pactards: "But Manny already agreed to a 14 day cut-off! No, I mean no day cut-off! No, I mean he agreed to everything! No, I mean Ariza said the commission makes the rules! No, I mean Manny said he doesn't need Floyd! No, I mean, Arum said 'the fight will never happen'! No, I mean ESPN said Floyd's a coward!"
Keith Kizer: Pacquiao was willing to do random testing performed by the commission
:bottle::bottle:
The same one that Mosley juiced up for and wasn't caught.
None of the names from that old, weak post are Mayweather's... all people not named Mayweather making their own statements.
Still no explanation for Pacquiao himself lying and never agreeing to testing...
And you defend it. Pathetic.

Yup, it's all just one big conspiracy to make it look like Floyd is running scared but in reality he's dying to make this fight happen and Pacquiao is ducking him :(
Kizer's revelation really puts things in perspective. Everything these guys said becomes clearer now...
Schaefer:
"We are OK to move off USADA," Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer, who is representing Mayweather, told ESPN.com. "What we're saying, and what is important to us, is four things -- that the tests be random, that they include blood and urine and the time frame, meaning when do you stop the tests before the fight but know they will still be effective.
...
USADA is the most recognized one, but if it's another one, like the Nevada commission, we don't really care. I don't care who performs the tests as long as they are performed. That's our position".

De La Hoya:
"Up until now, it’s been a very difficult negotiation process for various reasons but right now we’re very close,” De La Hoya said in Spanish and translated by fight scribe John Chavez of boxingtruth.com.
“I think right now we are very, very close in finalizing the contracts. I can’t talk right now in detail about the negotiations but I will say that we are very close,” added De La Hoya.
Ross Greenburg, HBO:
In late July, following the second round of failed negotiations for a Floyd
Mayweather-Manny Pacquiao clash, HBO Sports President Ross
Greenburg acknowledged that he acted as a mediator between Pacquiao's
promoter Bob Arum, Top Rank Promotions' CEO, and Mayweather's manager, Al
Haymon, even as Golden Boy Promotions' president, Oscar De La Hoya, and
Mayweather's adviser, Leonard Ellerbe, had denied that negotiations took place.
According to Greenburg, the fight was close to being made during both rounds of negotiations. The second time around, Mayweather turned the fight down without reason. To date, Greenburg was never provided with an explanation from Mayweather or his handlers.
"Both times, the fight was very close to being made. And, the second time around, you know, all that I can say is that you would have to ask Floyd Mayweather why the fight wasn't made. To this day, I really don't know why Floyd decided that he didn't want the fight any more in the fall," Greenburg said.
"To this day, I don't know why he wanted to take some more time off. Only Floyd has that answer. I certainly don't have that answer. But, you know, it was very close. It was so, so, close. I think that it was so close that I don't think that it's going to take much to make the fight the third time around."
Looks like everybody was ready to rock and roll. Top Rank, Golden Boy, Pacquiao, and HBO were all on board. Everything had been agreed to. Only one little problem...

:gay:
Ross Greenburg: You have to ask floyd mayweather why he didnt want the fight
Keith Kizer: Pacquiao was willing to do random testing performed by the commission
Floyd Mayweather: Pacquiao , you're next......I never said that
Roger Mayweather: Pacquiao defintely aint next.
Still no explanation for this...
Yeah, so they can also tell you that you share the same viewpoint as Skip Bayless.
Because you just started watching boxing during pac's meteoric rise... gee, I don't know, wouldn't it have been easier to see who was really stalling the fight if he'd just signed the contract instead of lying about agreeing to drug testing? Whereas Mayweather agreed to each of his demands. Doesn't that tell you something? Or will your supreme dickriding cloud your thoughts?

Yes me Bret Hart has been a Pac dickrider since Dec 6, 2008 and I never denied the fact the greatest night in boxing history made Pac that dude.

who cares?
we all know that they will not test with blood the week of the fight and Pac still wont sign a contract wanting to fight FLoyd and floyd wont agree to a 7day cut off when they wont even test
who fuken cares!
You're starting to get the fact that you're a pac dickrider now. No matter how many posts you make proclaiming that you're not a dickrider , when it comes to pac dickriding, you're the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be. Hone it, take pride in the fact you just jumped on boxing when Arum pushed pac on you. It's okay.

OMG I got Pac in my sig...Means what exactly? Oh I'm a Pac dickrider.
OK, as a Pac dickrider I'm saying Pac take the test, as a Pac Dickrider I'm saying Floyd drop the demand, as a Pac dickrider I'm saying agree to a cutoff. As a Pac dickrider I'm saying make the fight happen or fuck Pacquiao(OMG a Pac dickrider is saying fuck Pac) fuck Floyd.
Nov 12? fuck Pac-JMM and that garbage ass fight...WTF are you even talking about now? Oh wait...I forgot my sig so that means I need to support anything Pac does.
Wow what great logic we have here.
Keep educating sir..
Oh yea....Bump.

I think you are correct.
I'm glad that you can see that.
Look, both guys are happy with ducking each other and fight lesser fighters and make millions. And, they're able to get away with it. Because their fan base will excuse their fighter while blaming the other.
Until fans stop paying their shit they will fight. But, with the way both fan bases act that will never happen.
"The quicker they leave the quicker fans like you leave."
-Says the guy with Pacquiao draped in his sig
Gee, why not be interested in negotiations? It's only how a fight gets made. Glad I could educate a Pac rider on why the fight isn't happening.
Have fun on November 12th not watching your sig fight Mayweather due to random drug testing, though.
