If Pac ko Marquez now at 144 > Floyd decision win vs Marquez at 144?

Floyd fought Marquez at catchweight 144 but then he came in 2 lbs overweight and most probably enjoyed a 10-15 lbs advantage during the fight. Pac scheduled to fight Marquez at catchweight 144 but we know Pac won't cheat Marquez at the scale and most probably will come in if not below, close to Marquez weight. Now if Pac ko Marquez this time around, will this prove Pacquiao is the better fighter having a better wins against their common opponents just like when he made Oscar quit, ko Hatton in 2 and made Mosley ran for his life? No doubt about it. Plus it will be that much greater because Pacquiao will not cheat Marquez in the scales like Floyd did. Not to mention Floyd made him blowup 12+ pounds for his first fight at WW while Marquez now had time to work with a conditioning coach and his last fight was at 139/140.
