Peterson could hurt Khan just like Maidana did. Maidana has to cock his fist back with full body weight to generate power. Peterson has a much quicker, longer, and more accurate clubbing right hand. Afterall Peterson KO'd Cayo with a right up top and Maidana couldn't do that. I'm picking Khan to win but hes not gonna look impressive...
No..Peterson is gonna get outboxed and stopped in 5 or less
There is no chance Peterson gets outboxed. If Khan stops him in 5 or less, or stops him at all, it will be because of big punches, nothing to do with outboxing Peterson.
wtf are you talking about?
Im sick and tired of you, First you lay claim to that picture in the avatar as being the original owner, Even though Diego never knew you! Diego Corrales met Khan early in his career and was a good friend of Khan, Yet here you are still continuing with the same charade!
If you think Peterson beats Khan you shame the memory of Diego Corrales!
Peterson is a good solid fighter, so far he hasn't been a world beater but all it takes is one win in a situation like this for a guy to really raise their status.
Khan has real weaknesses that could be exploited by Peterson, now Khan has an advantage in most attributes but if he starts to get fatigued and slips mentally those advantages really don't mean that much.
Khan clearly is not made of the sternest stuff, now that may or may not come up in this fight but certainly enough of a question that I would bet on a good number.
Khan certainly deserves credit if he wins though.
Peterson is very, very slow and looked like a rabbit caught in the headlights, He was unable to adjust and it takes him about 5/6 rounds to get into the fight!
Dont be shocked if Khan blows him away early.

Doubt it...Ortiz laid some bombs on Peterson
for about three rounds then went into a four corner defense that would have made Dean Smith proud. He was lucky to get a draw with a guy he had down twice in one round and couldn't and didn't finish
Peterson has the potential to make Khan look like a bag of **** in the latter half of the fight, just depends how he copes with Khan early on, sure Peterson aint got KO pop in them fists but he has enough to KO Khan for sure, he is also a more skilled boxer than Maidana and very steady, if he handles Khans speed and takes it inside Khan will struggle and he dose tire in the later stages because he goes mad early on, definetly, ppl aint giving Peterson enough credit dont underestimate this guy, Khan dont blitz these kinds of boxers.
My thoughts exactly.. Good post my doode
Peterson is a tough kid
I don't see that happening

I personally feel "the khan getting ko'd with one punch' ship has sailed. You are not going to get him out of there like that, unless it is an absolute peach delivered by a big puncher which Peterson is not.
Overall he has been getting better and better, and I expect Peterson, who is a high class opponent is going to bring the best out of khan again. This kid keeps surprising me, even though I am a fan he has regularly surpassed my expectations over the last couple of years, I think he will put on another special performance, late stoppage.

Tough to say I think Peterson really could do something, I think he is tough and skilled enough to get Khan in that deep water and once there it is anyones fight because Khan fights much more sloppy once he gets fatigued.
It is an interesting fight I might put some money on Peterson if the odds are right as Khan rightly deserves to be the favorite.
