No shame at all in losing to Martinez, he's the best middleweight on the planet and he gave a decent account of himself. He gave Martinez problems early in the fight (as I predicted) at one stage in the fourth Martinez looked hurt, Barker was afraid to let his hands go which is obviously understandable when you're up against someone as good as Martinez, although I thought Martinez looked very one dimensional.

No shame in losing to Martinez. I will definitely be looking out for Barker's next fight.

Barker fought well and there were some close rounds which Martinez won with work rate rather than punches landed. Im interested to see what Barker can do against the rest of the middleweiht division. ps, Barker didnt take a dive, its only trolls who think that
