Martinez was looping that shot onto his ear all night long. Never occurred to me that he might have taken a dive. He looked in genuine pain and I was worried for a couple minutes that he might have been seriously hurt.

All of the punches were legit even the last one. Some of the commentators and fans need to take just one punch with any size glove you want and see how long they stand up straight. Because I don't agree with you? The people I was watching the fight said he took a dive before I even said anything. I dont think he took a dive, but he sure as hell gave up. I doubt he gave up. The body shots Martinez was landing were draining Barker out. Once he got hit on/behind the ear with that right hand you can tell he just completely lost his balance. And with a perforated eardrum there's no way he's getting up in less then 10 seconds. He literally lost all his balance.

Barker quit. None of those punches landed hard. The ear drum thing didn't cause the ko, he wasnt even hit in the ear during the ko. When Martinez stepped up the pressure Barker folded.
