When will people understand it's not about deserving anymore. Boxing is more of a business than a sport right now.

It was TR/Pac's camp that wanted JMM as replacement for Mayweather, but GBP wanted OST and 50/50 for that fight as well (probably to keep Pac at the Mayweather negotiation table). why don't you ask bob arum? I think just about everyone else would agree marquez did deserve a rematch. I'm also thinking a lot of it had to do with the golden boy feud going on as well. Personally, I think he should have fought him instead of Mosley, as shane proved to be a waste of time. Other than that, I had no problem with Pac fighting Oscar, Ricky, Cotto, Clottey & Margs. Arum and Manny both stated that it was not a good fight . That Marquez was an unqualified welterweight. So, what did JMM do at WW that subsequently qualified him for the fight? That is a reasonable question....right?
