As a fan, even i think mormeck is a CR@P opponent for klitschko. but right now i can not see who else is available in december? in particularly a top 20 fighter. hopefully this will explain to those who dont understnans why he isnt fightin gany of the following
1. Povetkin is held on a leach by atlas and is fighting holyfield in december(then likely hasim rahman later)
2. Helenius himself wants 3 more fight befor eeven considering Klitschko
3. Haye, thompson, chagaev, chambers already beaten
4. Arreola does not want to fight in decemebr
5. Tyson fury (another tye fields) - does not believe he can beat klitschko yet an dis looking to fight another bum in november.
6. adamek, solis, arreola (again) have already lost to elder bother vitali
7. holyfield(as above fighting povetkin) in decemebr
8. Cedric Boswell, franklin lawrence, oliver mccals and mansours need to beat someone decent
9. samuel peter - not again please
10. stiverne - vitalis mandotory
Mormeck is available and klitschko want sto stay busy, plus it will sell to the french fans and generate more money.
other possible are dimitrenko (tho lost to chambers and face got ruined vs sprott) and kubrat pulev but he has been cherry picking
hence wladimir want s to keep busy (and fair play to him). let him fight (whoever is available and has the courage)
Wlads best win = Haye
Vitalis best win - Adamek
any arguments? It's hard to say about Wlad, but I'd say Sultan Ibragimov is definitely up there, and definitely Sam Peter for Vitali.
who else is there ?
Tyson Fury and David Price will be contenders in 12 months time, both of them are over 6ft 8 and Wladimir would be looking up to an opponent for a change
I think the Klitschkos are well aware there is no opposition left, that's why they have been trying to pull The Sugar Man Valuev out of retirement. It looks ridiculous when they have to fight much smaller men, like Vitali toying with Adamek in the ring. I don't know who is there, TBH. Dimitrenko looks like a heavyweight at least, lol!
Maybe Wlad should skip one cycle and fight only once next year, I don't know!
Neither of these guys is credible really. Solis lost to Vitali because of his poor training, Helenius is just not ready yet (maybe in 2 years, he'd have a chance), Boytsov is a damn wet ear lol! Not even 1 world class opponent on his resume.

I would literally rather he fought no one.
He probably gets better sparring than what Mormeck would present him. I'd watch him spar Ola Afolabi over a Mormeck fight.

Thing is - even the contenders thinks they should only fight twice a year, that makes some very ****ty contenders and rankings. If we had way more fights, it'd make the fighters better and the division would regain some of it's former glory, WHERE YOU HAD TO EARN A TITLE SHOT.
To be honest there aren't really many credible opponents for the Klitschko's. That's one of the sad things about their reign as champions is that they've come around at a bad time for heavyweights.
Dimitrenko is currently the only semi-legit opponent for Wlad. At least he's the right size for a heavyweight but pretty limited.
No more overblown cruiserweights please!
