JOE CORTEZ Literally Doesnt Know "SH!T ABOUT BOXING"

The thing that piss me off more than anything about the fight between MAYWEATHER and ORTIZ. Was the terrible job the REF. JOE CORTEZ did. Joe Cortez let this fight get out of hand from the very get go. Ortiz from round 1 was headbutting and fouling and Cortez refused to be "FAIR BUT FIRM." Furthermore, when the Ultimate foul happen, which was a intentional headbutt which cut open Mayweather lip. Joe Cortez failed to even deduct the correct amount of points that should have been deducted. If Joe Cortez would have done his job that night, we boxing fans would have seen what I thought was about to be Mayweather-Gatti 2!! Or at least Ortiz pushing Mayweather to his limit, and forcing Mayweather to either throw combos and fihgt, and get overwhelm with volume punching. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE CORTEZ MADE!!! The biggest mistake Cortez made during this whole fight, was not following the rules of intentional fouls.Which let me know he doesnt know **** about boxing!! Intentional fouls Rules 1. If an intentional foul causes an injury, and the injury is severe enough to terminate the bout immediately, the boxer causing the injury shall lose by disqualification. 2. If an intentional foul causes an injury and the bout is allowed to continue, the referee will notify the authorities and deduct (2) points from the boxer who caused the foul. Point deductions for intentional fouls will be mandatory. 3.If an intentional foul causes an injury and the injury results in the bout being stopped in a latter round, the injured boxer will win by TECHNICAL DECISION if he is ahead on the score cards or the bout will result in a TECHNICAL DRAW if the injured boxer is behind or even on the score cards. If Cortez would deducted Ortiz 2 points, and allowed the doctor to come into the ring and check Mayweather's cut in his mouth. I believe the fight would have continued and Mayweather would not have be given the opportunity, to capitalize on Ortiz inexperience. Futhermore, Ortiz would have hopefully stop headbutting, and cheapshoting Mayweather. As a result, we would have got to see what was turning into a action fight.
