Because we all know Marquez schools Manny under a fair weight contest like he did the two other times. So this is really a handicap match in favor of Manny to see if Manny can beat Marquez at a weight that favors Manny.
Now if Manny happens to struggle with Marquez even with that weight advantage over Marquez. Then it will only reinforce the valid critic on Pac that Pac's wins over big gloved mummies is no were near as impressive as beating prime top level fighters his own size which Manny and his camp have been avoiding and have been using the size of these walking corpuses as a way to divert attention that their flat footed, pass primed, zero to no skill, slow, no power, and drained. Pac's team basically using size as a smoke screen like for example they took on Dela Hoya at 147, but refuse taking Cotto at 147 afterwards. They Cotto at 145 and for a while Pac's team wanted Marquez at 147. They took Margo at 150 and refuse taking a smaller guy in Martinez at 150. Margo is bigger then Martinez in size, but not in skill. Pac chooses the bigger less skilled guys over the smaller more skilled fighters. That's Pacman boxing.......Using size to feed his drone fans..

@TS - your point could very well be valid. But if you want to be taken more seriously then I suggest you change your sig. Its unbelievably retarded even to a neutral like me.
Regarding my sig. Read bellow.
Matthew 6:5
"And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full.
Pacman contradicts his religion time and time again. He clearly let a mortal man dictate him when he should pray just for show. Am not saying anything, but in that momment (in my sig) he prayed like a hypocrit. How do I know he hasn't done it before or after if his willing to sell his religion atleast once. I would'nt care if he didn't front the religious card. His fake dude, just like De La Hoy!!!!
Good call on this.
I appreciate your post, but I can't get that much credit for something thats so obivouse. I however thought, Manny's size was going too be too much for Marquez. Marquez proved me wrong!!!

Last Saturday the only changed in Manny was in his competition. Manny is the same old one dimensional fighter who has only looked great against past prime, weight drained, gloved mummies!!!!!
I think that the time and weight that its taken place could be whats wrong with it genius. lol........This fight is way past do for it to be relevant and the weight its at is absurd. Anything less then Pac destroying Marquez is a fail.......
So, you're saying Floyd failed in his efforts against Marquez?
Coz more people will buy the ppv if they fight at welter, common sense. Pac is fighting a guy his own size so he doesnt have to consume 10,000 calories a day to gain weight. He will weigh in at 140 -141 just see.
You swallow good Bob would be proud of you .
Then why not agree to JMM wanting 140 - 142 ,,, lol your full of Pac juice kid lol .
Pac will weigh in at 144 , JMM at 142-143

What r u talking about, there's no weight advantage coz Pac will only weigh in at 140 - 141 lbs.

It was 144 or NO FIGHT , because it advantages Pac , not hard to figure out kid .

Pac and Marquez are the same size so there's no weight issue here. They r only fighting at welter coz Pac has no belt at 140.

This will be a stylistic match up it always has been. JMM has always had the perfect style to trouble pac. Both are the same size they could agree to fight at 154 and it still wouldnt matter both will show up at fight night 144-148lb. if either fighter wants to cut weight before fightnight to feel better they can but on fight night they will come in at around the same weight. The real question is if JMM still have the same style from their previous 2 fights cuz he's changed his style a bit to become more exciting.
It does matter ,,, it matters how JMM puts on that weight and the fact it will make him SLOWER ,, guess what that means to a counter puncher ?
Why do you think Roach was so adamant that it would 144 or NO fight , yet he says Pac can make 140 with ease , JMM wanted 140 , Roach 144 or NO fight , JMM said 142 Roach said 144 or no fight , JMM said OK 144 .
Do you really know why Roach was like the rock of Gibraltar on the weight , just like he was with Cotto and Margo ,,,, because it MATTERS , and it has alway advantaged Pac , and the weight is giving an advantage to Pac again , thats why Roach does it !!

coulda woulda but he didnt. he had the opportunity to come in at 144 but he chose not to. just like he would coulda beat cotto and margarito. and yes floyd outweighs him by 20 lbs. the only reason he didnt wanna be weigh in
Dang, no wonder Floyd looked sluggish and slow. I thought I saw a spare tire riding in Floyds stomach. Marquez was lucky Floyd didn't come at his best and light like he usually does. Makes Floyd performance even more impressive. Thanks for pointing that out chef!!! lol.......
