In watching that interview with Arum, I really don't think he wants Manny to fight Floyd. There's no doubt in my mind that Floyd will beat all those charges. If he doesn't, he's still not doing any jail time. Floyd showed in his fight against Ortiz that he hasn't lost anything. He looks even stronger and defense is as good as ever. Manny fights great, but he would be fighting a great fighter in floyd. There is a difference. It would definitely be Manny's last fight. Floyd at this point could fight Martinez for the middleweight crown. To me, that would be more of an accomplishment, becoming the undisputed middleweight champion of the world. And the way Floyd looked against Ortiz, he might could pull it off. But back to Arum, boxing will be so much better when he is out of it.He's made his millions, its time to either focus on the improvement of boxing or get out.
Dana White used to be involved in Boxing, had his own gym if I'm not mistaken. He's a big fan of the sport in the ring but criticizes the leeches and crooks who run it outside the ring. He's a huge pactard.
Dana White is an actual big boxing fan despite his current agenda.... the guy started a boxing program for youths before he ventured into MMA I believe. He spoke 100% truth about the Mayweather-Ortiz fight even though he doesn't even like Mayweather.
Dana must be a really big boxing fan to hate Bob Arum so much.
I guess he is, someone posted a video of Dana ripping cortez and merchant.
