Brandon Rios has the December 10th showtime time date and showtime claimed that December 3rd was the only available date. I think that's a load of BS though. Showtime is probably sore over losing both Pacquiao and Cotto back to showtime so they probably wanted to **** Arum over, which is pretty much what they are doing.
