I believe standard urine testing is not good enough for Conte because he wants to promote himself and his own lab products. I dont buy too much into the Floyd was winning argument, as a fight is 12 rounds. Floyd i doubt is as fight fit as he could be, and down the home stretch it would show IMO. Cotto was also winning against Margarito in the early stages of the fight, but the course of a fight can change.
