this s a misconception. nobody is hatin on his personality or resume. rather his cherrypicks and blatant ducking.
Nah folks do be hating. There are a few that don't hate but for the most part it's a bunch of Floyd haters over hear. I like a lot of boxers including Pacman but It seems like over hear you can only like Pacman or Floyd, there's no in between. People let the love for 1 boxer make them hate another. I also notice alot of racism but that's separate issue. Either way, I'm not tripping off the bs that goes on around here, it happens all over the net.
I know people dislike Floyd, but this place takes it to a WHOOOOOOLE other level. Floyd is the best fighter on the card. I know the man comes off as a complete douchebag, but his fight game has to be respected even if you don't like his out of the ring antics.
Side note: I wonder if anybody has made it out of these boards without fapping cause the bytches in these avatars and GIFS are crazy...:fing02:
Let's put it this way. If Floyd could have still made 130 noone would be talking about Morales,Barrera,Pac, and Marquez at that weight.
Floyd has wins over Castillo and Corrales, and people talk about them all the time.
Let's be honest with ourselves for a moment. Over the last 25 years, only Lennox, Roy, Hop, and Evander could even have arguments made for them being as great as Floyd and Manny.
Depends how you define 'great'...
But Pernell, Meldrick and Toney were better than Hop or Floyd. Calzaghe retired unbeaten with a better resume than Floyd has now. Tyson cleaned out a talented division in next to no time and Evander and Lennox were older than him. Then there's 89-0 Chavez, etc.
