if you really think about it, pacquiaos resume is pretty embarrassing...
Marquez - coming off a fixed fight against a tomato can in mexico, and a fight against katsidis in which marquez was almost KO'd. hes currently 51 years old.
Mosley - coming off a devastating beating to mayweather, a devastating and embarrassing draw to a bum mora (which proved that he was done) and a 29 month period of time since his LAST victory in january of 2009
Margarito - coming off the most brutal beatdown and knockout of his career in january of 2009, has over a year off from the ring, fights a tomato can in mexico, then PAC fights him. Margaritos last meaningful victory was in july 2008, 28 months before pac fought him.
Clottey - coming off a 9 month lay off and a loss to shot cotto. got dropped by a jab.
Cotto - coming off a brutal beatdown in which he lost his soul against margarito, fought a tomato can in feb of 2009 and looked like **** in the process, then fought clottey in june 2009 where he took the 2nd worst beating of his career and BARELY escaped with the W. after its completely apparent that he is shot, pacquiao fights him.
Hatton - coming off an ugly looking win against feather fisted bum malginaggi, almost KO'd against bum lazcano where he had to tie his shoe, and dominated and destroyed by mayweather more than 1 year prior to that. Ricky was no longer in his prime at the time pacquiao fought him, and he was hooked on coke and guinness to help ease the pain and depression of the mayweather loss
the list goes on...
meanwhile, mayweather fights:
Victor Ortiz - coming off the most devastating win of his career. became the current and reigning WBC WW champion of the world by beating previously unbeaten andre berto in an action packed fight of the year. Ortiz' confidence is sky high and he is in the prime of his career.
Mosley - mayweather fights him after hes coming off the best win of his career against margarito. he becomes the WW champion and is the first person to ever knock out and dominate the iron chinned margarito (who himself was coming off a good win). mosleys confidence was sky high and he was still young and in great fighting condition. mayweather fights him during this time.
Marquez - fights him after the 2009 fight of the year thriller against juan diaz in which he dominated and KO'd diaz. Marquez' confidence was sky high when mayweather fought him. he was also a younger man and still in his prime
Hatton - was 43-0 going into the mayweather fight with soaring confidence coming off the castillo stoppage. mayweather dominated, KO'd, and stole the soul of the unbeaten hatton who then went into a depressed coked out downward spiral to cope with the pain.
as you can see mayweather fights young, hungry, in their prime fighters coming off devastating wins, while pacquiao fights his leftovers several years, losses, and ounces of coke later. pac needs a young undefeated prime fighter on his resume BADLY. mayweather already has several of them.
WAR MAYWEATHER, greatest fighter of our generation. he will prove it once again tonight
When was the last time PAC fought someone coming off an impressive win?
bump.............
And I still don't understand why the sucker puncher won't fight the amateurish midget who's been fighting inferior fighters. And these floydiots still don't get it.
;-)
If all of this is true,
and if all the Floyd stans are giddy over this thread,
why are you all still clamoring for extra testing if what Manny is doing,
isn't all that great?
:haha::haha::haha:
yea ill have a go at it
bringing up the losses in the last 10 fights is a stupid point because baldomir comprises 1/4th of the list for floyd. he had 9 losses coming in. but it wasnt a cherry pick on floyd behalf because at the time baldomir had just beaten judah and gatti and was the champion of the division and candidate for FOTY.
not to mention bringing up a tally of losses in the last 10 fights is stupid and means absolutely nothing. if i add the numbers of pacs first 20 opponents losses it comes to 125. mayweathers first 20 opponents losses come to 111 ..the sad part is pac got knocked out and outboxed by some of those bums he fought in his first 20 fights :lol1:
as for the pac fighting fighters with only 1 loss thing, thats stupid as well
floyd is the guy that GAVE some of them their 1 loss in the first place (hatton) ...floyd fought him when he had ZERO losses
:owned2:
How about comparing just their fights against world champions, meaning fights where they were the challengers? Take into account the win/loss records of their opponents and in what manner they won or lost. Who do you think has a more impressive record?

You are right but your coward cheater classless pretty "sucker punch" boy was always quick to hide behind Elerbe skirt upon hearing Pacs name.:greddy2:
Don't hate the Pinoy fans of Pacman!
Because it was an American, The Boxing Writers Association of AMERICA, that voted/chosen Pacman as:
"Fighter of the Decade" and FOTY!
Pinoy fans does not control Ring Magazine and other Boxing Assoiiation that put Pacman as the Current #1 PFP!
Here's a few numbers on the last ten opponents for Pac and for PBF
Total losses for last 10 opponents faced:
PBF- 39
Pac- 31
Undefeated fighters faced in the last 10 fights:
PBF- 1
Pac- 1
Fighters with one defeat faced in the last 10 fights:
PBF- 0
Pac- 3
So I guess your point was well taken.
And as far as undefeated fighters PBF has faced in their prime, when you said "several" you really meant 2 right? (Hatton, Corales)
Care to dispute this, Floyd fanatics?
yea ill have a go at it

every last one of those fighters you just named will be a pretty big underdog if the fight is signed.
pac is already the underdog and has been since 09. :la:
You don't understand the meaning of heavy underdog? Like a 6 to 1 Shane? Or 7 to 1 Ortiz. If Pac and Floyd fight, the odds will be closer to 1 to 1. Same with Sergio. With Cotto or Margo, it will be just around 2 to 1.
:stupid:
who hasnt beaten anyone of importance. "tremendous" fighter that clottey is.
True. He only beat up on Judah, and was whipping on Baldomir before a BS DQ. But of course no one would count those two bums as quality wins. Point well taken.
Oh $hit, you put together quite a post bro. Now here's whats gonna happen, pactards are gonna give you loads of negative karma. The mods will come down on your thread & delete it like a hailstorm & you'll probably be put on probation. But for all it's worth, I do agree with your post & it was fabulous.
I have to edit, i didn't see the part where you claimed Mosley was still young & in great fighting condition, that's a big fat lie.

bumping this so everyone can see :boxing:
manny has taught his fans well
"ummm umm ahhh duck the thread like i duck ummm ahh mayweather"
:peeright:
the only person in boxing with duck on his name is floyd :lol1:
So 36 year old Marquez and 38 year old Mosley are "young hungry fighters in their prime" but 38 year old Marquez and 39 year old Mosley are old has beens with no skill. Serious? The 38 year old Mosley was still elite, but a year later he was a bum?
JMM looked much better against Diaz in the rematch after the PBF fight, and he also looked better in the Katzidis fight than in the first fight against Diaz.
PBF fans look just as stupid when they say how great of a challenge the JMM and SSM fights were for Floyd, as Pac fans do when they ripped those fights and then turn around and say how great the wins were for Manny.
