Khan did look confused in there on how to hit McCloskey cleanly, he really missed a lot of punches but he at least threw. I don't know what is the point of Paul saying this when he lost every round and didn't really fight back. Boxing is not a dodging/elusive contest, if it was McCloskey would be an ATG. This is a sport where you not only dodge punches, you have to actually throw them to win. Khan's accuracy+McCloskey's workrate made for an ordinary fight altogether.

i found that fight to be unwatchable. let's hope the prescott fight is more interesting

Not only did he lose every round he got punched ten times as much as khan was. And let's not forget khan badly wobbled McCloskey a minute before getting the cut. Let's be serious Khan would've most likely knocked this crappy Irishman out if the fight had finished.

Let's destroy this myth once and for all about 'making Khan look ordinary'. You ran away and refused to engage, it wasn't a masterclass in slickness - you need to hit and not get hit, just running away and dodging punches doesn't make you slick. That was his big, big chance to show the world he was worthy of a world title shot and he stank the place out. He should be embarrassed about that fight and never mention it again. Yep, you've pretty much written down everything I was thinking. McCloskey, yet another deluded boxer, blessed with a limited grasp upon reality and very few brain cells to speak of. Perhaps he should change his profession, and save what few brain cells he has remaining.

Ordinary lol he showed good defense in the fight but that's about it

Is he really bragging about the fact that he made Khan look "ordinary"? He still lost every freakin round of that fight and made it a goddamn stinker. Wow, Paul, you can be real elusive and hard to hit, but that doesn't win you fightst if you don't do sh1t else. Just another boxer clinging on Khan's nuts, seems to be a lot of them these days.
