I would prefer angulo to get a belt b4 fighting canelo.I think he can snatch
the belt from k9.It will only make the fight bigger.
Can they just give him one? Chavezalvarezpovetnik
i'm just messing with you...yah....that would be great. Maybe He can fight for the WBO belt. He was the WBO interim champ for a while. Dzinziruk has that belt right now and that would be a great HBO bad headliner. HBO still owes Dzinziruk a date. I doubt Don King would want to put K9 in their with a real dog, with a real bite.
I believe bigpoppapump said Angulo and WOLAK had the same manager. Vanes did say he's down with fighting el perro but that's all he is....TALK.
Alvarez is a house hold name and Alfredo Angulo is getting their because all the time they mention Alvarez El perro's name pops up.
It wouldn't be a bad idea to build up that fight...Alvarez/angulo would be huge either in may (cinco de mayo weekend) or September (mexican ind. day).

yeah i think something on vanes' side is holding this fight back a bit, perhaps his promoter? haha, idk. i think bigpoppapump said angulo and vanes share the same advisor or manager, not sure. but i do remember reading an article where vanes said he's down for it, but nothing since then has come up. i posted in your thread regarding the same topic where de la hoya plans to "build angulo up" for a year or two before facing him with alvarez, ain't that some shiit? i think alvarez is fully capable of facing this guy late next year, but i think they actually want the interest to build and alvarez to continue improving before doing that fight. i say angulo goes after the other titles, dzinziruk, k9, or the margs/cotto winner.

Agreed...I guess it's official...Vanes is afraid of angulo or maybe he's getting advice from Kelly Pavlik...
Big mouth...and Can't back up sh1t

On Vanes.
He got a premo HBO slot vs a very inactive fighter.
Stupid business and career decision.

Seems like he wants no part of angulo.I thought by now we would of had
a response from his big mouth.

Gary Shaw is smart. Wait till next year when HBO has more spending money. Should get a bigger chunk next year then in NOV.
A horrible business decision.
Yep. it looks like a duck.
Dzinziruk is fighting at the end of the month, not really a surprise he wouldn't fight Lara.

All signs point away from Vanes now.
It looks like he's backing out.
Hopefully he doesn't back out.
if he does...is this considered a duck in your eyes>?
I hope it's Martyrosyan. With all the names floating around for this doubleheader I believe we are good for Nov. 5th.
