Why is it surprising? Pac is really a lightweight/small JWW fighting as an undersized welter, he just cuts a lot less than he used to. He doesn't rehydrate much past the welter limit, 148 being his preferred weight. They will only be seperated by a few lbs in the ring, as they were in their previous fight. If Marquez is able to cut down properly this time, so the excess lbs he's carries into the ring isn't just flab he should be able to make a fight of it and not be as bloated and sluggish as he was the last time he fought above 135 vs Mayweather.

as long as JMM go at his regular fight night weight of 144 and PAC goes his regular fight night weight of 147 both guys will be at peak form and we will have a good fight... JMM has always looked bigger than PAC eventhough PAC outweight him 2lbs during their last fight...

I agree on that Marquez seems to have bloated, if he will weight like that come fight time then, he wont survive 4 rds. When Marquez fought Floydie, he looks bloated, and couldn't move comfortably, hence, he lost! Marquez best fighting weight is 135lbs, above 140lbs. I have a big doubt! He will be fighting Pacman heavier, stronger and faster!

Cuz' they're both career Fw size fighters. Just cuz' Pac decided to put on a few pounds doesn't mean he "outgrew" JMM. These guys are both small guys doing well at higher weights cuz' they're better than most people. you mean pac....jmm cant do **** vs bigger fighters....
