This is on some real ****, but Ortiz trainer looks VERY amateurish, I don't think they have ANY answers for what floyd brings.
Like someone said earlier, Ortiz trainer just goes over ortiz head with the pads. Vic is pretty immobile despite how the video looks. His upper body doesn't move.
This is nothing floyd aint seen before.
Floyd will be in his small man mode ( mayweather corrales, mayweather de la hoya) where he makes himself small and lets the taller/bigger guy comin aggressively and let him **** up.
LOL^^^^^this right here
looks like he's training to fight mma or something
Took the words out of my mouth. Also, why is he lunging in like that with his jab?
This must be a bait tape or something.
I admitt watching the Berto fight i was intoxicated, after rewatching it he didnt even look that good it was more of Berto looking like utter sh1t,looking at Ortiz train this is easy work and won't be remotley close, easy win for Floyd hope he fight Manny next
Exactly
berto fought like he was goin to hit victor one time and ko him or something....holding his hand up and ish
evrytime he landed a right. smh
and thats his best win lol
Im with you larry hopefully the two divas get their ish together and the fight can be made
Ortiz is a strong guy and has potential but as of now im not sold on him at all,his camp really needs to focus on his footwork cause its bad
I expect May to pull through, but what I'm saying is that Ortiz is a BAD match up for him because of the awkwardness, momentum, southpaw stance, youth, and strength...This is Mayweather's toughest fight. Don't be surprised if May gets stopped...
Berto is not a slouch yeah he fought who? But it's clear that he has fast hands and power. He had intangibles that are at a world class level. Ortiz fought him as his first fight at WW...Berto's speed + Power >>>> Mosley's speed and power at the current age...Peterson's reflexes and counter punching >>>>Marquez reflexes and counter punching above 140 pounds...May's last two fights had a good resume, but that doesn't mean they came in at their best or at their prime...It's just another name in the book...
Enjoy the fight man.
Gave Floyd hell in sparring???lol......have you seen any footage??any at all cause i hear 2 differant stories.Berto defended his vacant belt 5 times against who???lol, come on man, lets be real..Jmm beats Petersons ass all day and all night.and id still like to see Berto fight Shane

Floyd aint Berto..and it aint like Ortiz even dominated Berto he got dropped 2 times and won a close decision
Ortiz got floored two times but he did DOMINATE Berto if you eliminate the KD's...Berto was a good amateur and an undefeated fighter...Give Ortiz his just dues...Yes Mayweather is a good fighter but his last two fights are not as much of a challenge as Ortiz's last two fights...Ortiz fought young active fighters that were according to his weight class to...
JMM is good but at lightweight and Mosley had one good win over an exposed Margarito and he didn't stay active after that at 38 years old...What's your point? Peterson gave May hell during sparring to...Berto defended his belt 5 times and he was coming off a stoppage of Quintana and a 1rd KO against I forgot who lol but he was active...

Name Bertos best win at ww man..then name pertersons best win period
JMM AND BERTO WERE P4P #2 AND #3

That's what everyone said when Ortiz fought Berto...Ortiz is an awkward style for Mayweather. This is probably the first time Mayweather is at an age disadvantage...

Better than two shut outs against a 36 year old light weight and a 38 year old shot welterweight that didn't fight for a year and a half. Peterson was a bigger test than Marquez and Berto is a better test than a washed up Mosley...

Floyds gonna walk Ortiz down and beat his ass landing 60 percent of his shots and stopping him in 9

Peterson-draw.Berto-where he got floored 2 timed............better than 2 shut outs????????? i mean he's a good soild fighter and earned his#2 ww shot but ww is a bad division right now and even as a Floyd fan im not gonna over hype this guy.hes gonna get his sloppy foot work having ass kicked

the ortiz video has shown me alot, punches look sloppy at times, squares up way to much and footwork is bad. i think floyd picks this guy a part. ortiz is big a fuck though, I dont know how much longer he can even make 147.
Hell, by the looks of things, whenever Victor goes up to 154 and campaigns at that weight his stay will be short. Victor is going to retire as a Middleweight. He's bigger than James Kirkland.
As far as the comparison Between DLH and VVO, the footage really highlights the disparity in talent/skill between many fighters of the current era and those of the recent past.
