Mayweather/Ortiz 24/7

Obviously tonight is the premier of 24/7. What are you looking forward to seeing or hearing with the two camps? Any predictions? I'm looking forward to seeing Jr. and Sr. beefing and talking smack to each other. Apparently their fight was pretty harsh and cutting and has led to them being on the outs again. Also looking forward to learning a bit more about Ortiz and his tough upbringing and his family...this should be pretty fresh. Over/under predictions for tonight: Times Pacquiao will be referenced by name or by innuendo - 5 Times they'll show or talk about drug testing - 3 Times they'll mention Floyds legal trouble or pending cases - 3 Times Roger uses the word "skills" - 2 Times they show Floyds daughter - 3 Times Ortiz throws out a F bomb - 5 Times Ortiz mentions he's the WBC Champ - 2 Any others?

After watching that episode is there any doubt that he poked that security guard in the face and beat up his baby mama Josie Harris? We already know hes guilty from the defamation case. What are his other 3 court cases? Can the IRS take you to court? Cuz he still owes millions from the Marquez fight and most likely the Mosley fight.

Pounding of the chests got out of hand. This goes on the SR though. I mean no son should really go at their pops but thid father is in competition with his son Neither will let the other have the last word. Sr is what he is - you would think that Jr would be used to it and walk away, but there is a lot of pent up rage there from his childhood and that fuels it forever.

It is just stark to see the unmitigated fraternal love that Floyd expressed for Fiddy...and then at the end of the episode there was serious ugliness towards his dad. And his fiance is fine. Watching again.

and people really thought watching Pacquiao film idiotic tv shows for the uneducated and looking at his watch was just as cool as a Mayweather 24/7....Floyd is 24/7. It was entertaining but embarrassing for Floyd if you're honest about it.

Mayweather has the black and white fanbase, while it seems most Mexicans and Pinoys root for fighters from their homeland. And Mayweather also has a bunch of Fanemies also...people who hate him but follow him and watch his fights hoping he loses. I'm Mexican-American and been a huge Floyd fan since the early 2000's and know a lot of Chicanos and Mexicans who love Floyd. Trust me man, even in the fight against Marquez Mexicans were amazed with Floyd and gave him his props.

Regardless of who makes up the majority of the fanbase, it exists solely because of the undefeated record. He isn't in enough close / entertaining fights to have that kind of fanbase otherwise. He will be abandoned by most if he ever loses decisively and he knows it, hence the decisions he makes in his career. It really isn't fair but watch it happen if he loses. Mayweather has the black and white fanbase, while it seems most Mexicans and Pinoys root for fighters from their homeland. how do you know he said this? sr. has been the one person against floyd fighting manny, he began the steroid rumors. If they mentioned manny it was probably him saying he should be in jrs corner for the fight or something like that. Like another poster said, Elle reported it initially, and I think I saw that posted somewhere else on here also.
