See, I always thought that - by definition - an "opinion" is an exception to defamation. How can I defame you based on what I "believe". How can that be slander? Are you sure? That seems contrary to what I've heard in business. when you impose "your opinion" to others and propagate them to the extent that it actually harm the person in one way or another. specially if you wield some sort of influence how ever minute.
