What are you talking about 2-3 days. Under OST fighters can expect to be tested anytime so it will discourage cycling of drugs. If you contract a cut-off like Manny wants then it defeats the whole point. Mosly/Floyd was not a contract cut-off so while they stopped at 18 days before, Mosley/Floyd still expected a possibility they be tested to the fight. Again is ironic when Packlas use the term Flomos on people who are the fans of Floyd and on fans that simply support Floyd's position while not exactly being Floyd fans. Why do Packlas insist of using the word Flomos to degrade a group of people(homosexuals) who have nothing to do with boxing. How is it a Bluff if Manny never called Floyd on it. You know whats a bluff. Asking for a ten mill penalty "at the last minute" and making the excuse in not wanting to do OST because he didn't want to be tested on the day of the fight. Well Manny was called on his bluffs by Floyd accepting the 10mil penalty and offering Manny a 14 day cut-off to insure Manny would't be tested on the day off the fight that Manny was so affraid of. So what happened.
