It's held up because they think the longer this goes on the more interest it will generate and the revenue will go up, all about money. They will probably end up making $60m plus each. Idiots, they could have been on to the 2nd re-match by now and made over $120m each as a result! Boxing now sadly all about promoters, Television deals etc instead of the best fighting the best on a regular basis.
