Khan should step in as a late replacement for Guerrero!

I know its not realist or fair to give khan so little time to prepare for a fight :) but who cares!? i really wanted to watch a fight next saturday! and now its ruined :( gonna have to watch somethin on youtube now. wishful thinking. it would be a horrible move for khan to take this fight on such short notice.

what ever happened to kotelnik? maidana should look into possible rematch. there's a lot of 140 lbers, sucks guerrero had to get injured, i was so pumped for this fight. but yeah, khan would never take a fight on so short notice, especially against maidana

Khan will do whatever it takes to avoid a rematch, claiming that he already beat Maidana even tho anyone with eyes know he struggled to get that win. Pacquiao and Marquez are real warriors and have fought 2 rematches now going to be 3 rematches between each other. It's funny how the british now love Joe Cortez for constantly pushing Maidana away from Khan but when it was Hatton/Floyd they cried crappy ref.even the khan fans agree with ref was garbage but you gotta lay some blame on Maidana. if the ref stops you bullrushing khan, then dont bullrush over and over till you lose the only chance you had the whole fight. Khan owned him rd1-9 and stood toe to toe in the 12th too.

The thread starter is clearly retarded, Khan is the number 1 in the division and he has already beaten Maidana, Khan is not some journeyman that can be called in at a few days notice as an opponent! He is a world class fighter and he needs time to prepare for fight, Why doesnt Bradley come out and fight Maidana instead?

Randall Bailey fights on the Berto undercard on October 3rd, would be a good fight at short notice & give Maidana a 147 debut (although I doubt HBO would budget for it).

Money has to be right tho for them to take the risk, they know Maidana is a hard fight. In other words I don't think they're confident with coming out with the W against someone like Maidana. What risk? There is plenty of guys who have nothing to lose and everything to gain, I don't know who is in training or not so it's hard to make a list, but you have guys like holt, who I would give a good shot at beating maidana. Prescott or mccloskey also

147 and 154 are too big. Has to be a fighter from 140 or 135 weight class. Maidana is a bad ass but its risky to take one someone bigger. i mean like an unranked guy... then if they make it 147 maidana wouldnt hasve to dry out as much... just a thought thou :) did they even have an undercard.... if they did and they weren going to broadcast it they should and then if maidanas oppnent doesnt put up much of a fight then they wold atleast have had a decent fight before... again im just throwing stuff out there dont knowhow serious i am.
