From 2000-10 I don't know if there are 10 stars in the sport.
1-5 ODH
6 Floyd
7 Manny
8 Cotto
9 Bhop
If you didn't beat ODH, other than Cotto, its hard to call you a star.
Winky? Im not too sure, I guess I have a different point of view as im from the UK.
Winky beat Trinidad, Mosley (2), Quartey and got a draw vs Taylor in a fight he IMO won. Also in the last month of 1999 he was robbed vs Fernando Vargas. He was also the Lineal Jr Midleweight Champ.
If you are talking about star power, not skills or resume it should go like this
1.Oscar De La Hoya
2.Floyd Mayweather Jr.
3.Manny Pacquiao
4.Vitaly/Wladimir Klitschko
5.Ricky Hatton
6.Felix Trinidad
7.Roy Jones Jr.
8.Miguel Cotto
9.Erick Morales
10.Joe Calzaghe
mostly skills and resume over the course of the whole decade not just a small portion. That is why guys like Tito, Jones Jr and De La Hoya are not in my list they are in my 90's list.
