if this fight ever happened, I see it going down only one way: the fight will be in the pocket for most of the fight, with a lot of clinching and holding on by Floyd, throwing the lead right as he comes out of the clinch. everytime Pacquiao tries to let off a combination, floyd will deflect the first few punches and then wrap him up, and then beat the **** out of him inside rinse, repeat. Pacquiao studies the tapes with Roach and comes up with the gameplans. Floyd listen to what Uncle Roger tells him. When Floyd was getting slapped around by Judah, Uncle Roger had to tell him what adjustments to make. Pacquiao is by far the more creative. Mayweather does work out opponents but uses the same formula everytime. Not really IQ. IQ is having different problems and finding different way to solve them. Floyd ring intellegence is called cunningness. He doesn't care to use anything by any means even if the fight becomes ugly or boring to achieve his goal (to win) be it by using mind games or dirty tactics. Outside the ring, he has an IQ of below 70. His behavior and action outside the ring are the proof. He was involved in shooting incident, assaulted his wife and guard, burning money at strip clubs, giving fake dollar bills, accusing someone without proof, giving frozen turkeys, not paying his taxes and rentals, ect....say it all.
