Tony Thompson and Eddie Chambers will face off in their IBF heavyweight title eliminator likely on the undercard of the Andre Ward-Carl Froch Super Six World Boxing Classic final on Oct. 29 in Atlantic City, N.J., according to Chambers' manager and trainer, Rob Murray.
The IBF titleholder is Wladimir Klitschko, who has knocked out Thompson and Chambers. Ward, Thompson and Chambers are promoted by Dan Goossen.
chambers should win but this shoul dnot be an elimanator
winner should fight another american, say arreola/toney/grant for Wladamir eliminator
whats the point when chambers and thompson got killed by wlad, and really dnt see them doing any better next time esp tony!!!!
Grant would be agood fight vs any other top american
Chambers is more mobile, quicker and has an excellent defense. He'll move in-and-out and with his fast handspeed, he'll regularly tag Thompson.
Thompson will have his moments but Eddie will win a close decision.
Agreed.
Chambers will win.

This won't even be close. Did you see Thompson in his last fight? Dude was looking slow as hell. Chamber is going to box circles around him. I think Chambers wins atleast 9 rounds.
this may be wats best for the fight imo. the networks wont pick it up as a main even anyways. i wouldnt at all mind seeing it as an undercard to such a great fight.
