i think mares did run from darch(understandably so), there was an article where his camp admitted they did'nt want the reamcth coz there was a big possibilty of it ruining their future plans.....i think if mares wins, (altho i think agbecko beats him), it hink he will stay away from darch....yes there is a lot of good fights at bw... I read that article. He said he has to settle the fight with Agbeko first so he doesnt overlook his opponent. He said a rematch would be okay but he needs to handle agbeko first. Plus idk he has a mandatory immediately following the Agbeko fight if he manages to win. If he wins impressively both fights he might skip vic and go to Donaire, which isnt bad neither :) . In the BW division we all win, man i love that division!

I hope so too. In time. Mares will likely have a fight with Moreno if he gets past Agbecko, and fight with Donaire down the line is also possible. Don't know if he can or is willing to squeeze in Vic in there, but if he loses to Agbecko then maybe a rematch with Vic would be first order of business.
