This is a serious thread. during time span of the first fight between Pacquiao and Morales and the third fight--there was considerable change in Pacquiao's physique..some may claim that it's easy to gain muscle. However, boxers in the lighter division have to reduce in weight, running, burning tremendous amounts of calories but somehow Manny was able to do it with ease presumably through natural means....
I say it's nearly impossible to maintain that kind of muslce naturally when Pacquiao during his lay-off does nothing but basketball, eat , and have somewhat a sedentary life style...and considering he was already in his mid 20s...he had stopped growing...i'm not saying Pacquiao is using steroids in all of his recent fights but that change during the Pacquiao-Morales seems suspicious considering his age.

Dude, pacquiao was malnourished during his featherweight days his old trainers even said he ate crackers and softdrinks only to cut down weight. he was so poor back then he halfed the budget for his food. But when he started eating right and went up in weight, his natural weight really is jr welter to welter. no bs here. just pointing out that his growth is normal not PEDS. most body builders do that to gain muscle. bulk up first (eat and/or supplements- weight gainers) --> and then they workout to have cuts. dude it's normal.
But Floyd has been in the welterweight division for years---while Pacquiao? And that's not the point...i'm specifically citing the Morales fights with Pacquiao.
Don't buy into Mayweather's smoke screen for what really amounts to him avoiding Pacquiao just like he avoided Cotto and Margarito. Pacquiao's size gain is not remarkable at all...especially for a pro Athlete. I personally put on 35 lbs of lean muscle without PED's or even over the counter supplements and I'm just an average guy. He trained for it with top level power coaches. He has never failed a drug test...and only Mayweather needs to have special requirements for drug testing and even when Pacquiao agrees to it...Mayweather punks out and backs away. Look at old pics Of Mayweather and look at him today...he looks like the one who juices like his buddy .50 cents Curtis. I'm sick of hearing him cry like a ***** about it. Even Amir Kahn did a more impressive job against Judah than Mayweather did. Let's see if Mayweather can get past Victor Ortiz...I have my doubts he can.
I think Pacquiao filled out up until 135-140 pounds. Anything that he's weighed above that has been the product of him not having to cut weight at all, and eating breakfast and lunch the day of the fight.
Unlike 9/10 boxers at the top of the sport, Pacquiao eats the day of the weighin like it's nothing because he doesn't have to hurt himself to make weight.
Good point but TS already fixed his mind that there are no other explanation except Pac was on PED. Explaining to this ovbious reason is like talking to a deaf person or showing the way to the blind eyes.
It is pretty normal for a person's body to change in the 20s and even later. I really don't view Pacquaio's physical change as extraordinary enough to be suspicious.

It probably is pretty normal...look what happened to Floyd Mayweather Jr who used to be 130 lbs. or did Floyd juice up to get welter weight? Doesn't Floyd walk around at 155 lbs?

Are you blind and can't you see? Pac since he moved up to 130 and up to this point at welterweight. He weighed in fight night between 145-148. Do you know natural welterweights like Floyd, Mosley, Cotto, Clottey and Margarito weigh-in fight night compared to Pacquiao? It was between 156-165! Now you found the love muscles you looking for but not from Pacquiao.
Sorry, Pacatard, u fail to see my point---during his super featherweight days...the guy only rehydrated to 140 tops..and he was already in his mid 20s. But during his rematches with Morales---the dude not only gained weight but maintained the muscle....i mean come on homes...look at Cotto---the guy only weight up in weight when he was rehydrating 16-18lbs of rehydration for years....Pacquiao did not have that problem in the lower weights.
