Whats the cut off point? since you can be a top p4p and not fight for 16 months Hopkins has been progressively beating top fighters in his division. The RJJ fight was just a grudge match. Pascal was champion. Not to mention Hopkins is usuually at least 15 years older than any opponent he faces. Who has Martinez beat besides PWill? Zbik? Haha
