Gamboa on Cotto-Margarito II card!!

I still probably wouldn't buy this, but if all these fights showed up on the card I would make sure to find a way to watch it.

Not buying this bullsh!t!!! Should be on free HBO or Showtime. Cotto nor Margarito are even close to what they were for that 1st classic fight. I will not pay to watch two men that are shells of themselves fight. We all know Gamboa and Donaire will not be fighting top notch guys. So please explain to me the reasons why I should pay 40+ dollars on this fight card.

Cotto-Margarito 2 is gonna do at most around 600k-700k buys. I really expect nothing less than about 400k since the first fight did really well and there's so much emotion in this rematch. The card is doable for sure.

TR undercards are usually lousy, but this would be incredible...if true.

If Donaire and Gamboa are both going to be on the undercard (regardless of who they're fighting), then I'm just going to have to see this live at MSG!

I dont see how they are going to be able to pay so many guys on the same card. that being said i love it. I just dont think they will be big name opponents for either donaire or gamboa since the card has so many names. I wish I still held out the same kind of hope you guys do. I've grown too jaded. Donaire made 350k to fight Montiel. Gamboa you can bet will make a similar number against De Leon. Rodriguez and Wolak made 75k(I think) for their first fight, you can bet they'll want 100k for the rematch. Include the opponents for Donaire and Gamboa....and that's about a million dollar undercard(being optimistic)....more than HBO pays for BAD's(most). Plus Cotto is getting 5-7 million guaranteed, Margarito probably 2-3. Put it all together...and I guarantee this card looks NOTHING like what we're hoping it will at this point. You guys are really throwing a wet blanket on this thread. But, hey...I can't disagree. Your posts make sense. One can only hope....

Still has to get through Ponce de Leon, but it should be a task he can get through. Hopefully it's an exciting opponent for Gamboa on the Cotto/Margarito undercard.

Give me Gamboa vs Mikey and I'm there, every other fight would be icing. When talking about Gamboa vs Ponce on espn, uncle bob said garcia needs a few more fights before fighting gamboa so don't count on it
