He took in everything roach said in-between every round. being active asking how he was doing aswell as implementing everything roach said. where as whitacker was acting more like a cheerleader to judah, with no real insight to what he was doing wrong.
p.s. How much better did khan look this fight with ariza as fitness coach.
KLTP;10889761']No he didn't. He looked like Amir Khan.
Khan doesn't fight like Pacquiao. Nor did he last night.
He does actually. straight shots thru the middle then back out he uses his feet to get in and out and throw combos. And I like that left hook that he throws when judah got close. Looked exactly like how Pac throws that sneaky right hook of his.
The only boxer that impressed me last night was Gary Russell Jr. Im not giving Khan any props for beating Judah, who didnt even turn up, I think he just wanted the payday, even mosley put on a better show
yeah it was a very disappointing performance from zab..whitaker kept telling him to throw that left hand, but zab rarely threw that left hand and instead stuck mostly with his jab.

Khan looked like Pacquiao. The way he moved and effectively swarmed in with straight shots was very Manny-like. Same with the way he would land that left hand as Judah retreated.

Whitaker was giving Zab good advice but Zab couldn't implement it. Going defensive was the wrong tactics for Judah but he was outclassed by Khan.
zab has no jab never did he looks to catch you with 1 hard counter shot and that's it
That just didn't work against a taller longer fighter who as Max was saying Khan would hit zab at a distance were zab couldn't hit Khan
Expecting zab to be overly active is nonsense but he seemed hesitant of when to attack and didn't have the game to do anything else his only chance really was to hope for a one shot KO
He just fought a great fight and followed the game plan, didn't allow zab into the fight, if he fell short he would fall in like mayweather did nullifying the counters. He used angles moved to the left and the jab and left hook messed up zabs face. People should give khan credit it was only recently zab went life and death with mattysse. Khan dominated
Khan was running from maidana but maidana was still there, so there were issues with khans movement and footwork, he could run but couldnt hide.
But khan is listening to his teacher roach like a good student which is good.
Khan's lateral movement has improved from the Madiana fight and he's definitely growing out of this weight class. He looked like welterweight in there.
