Khan/Judah struggling to sell

Any word on if the fight ticket sales has picked up?

that is what happens when fighters think that they are bigger stars then they really are and their promotion company mislead them to believe that they are this "HUGE STAR" and that is no disrespect to Khan, but he is not that big of a Star in the US...At least not yet yes the fight should have been on the EAST COAST! :no:

I rock a Khan Judah Avi because I support that fight,imo it's a big fight between two top fighters at the 140lb div's(one of my favorite div's)..I think Khan is a talented fighter and believe him to be an upper class fighter..But I feel Bradley is a better fighter and when they meet(and they will meet)Bradley will be the one with his hands raised..Why now does that mean I can't still like Khan??I liked both Gatti and Ward,both JLC Corrales Shane and Hoya..But I see a fight playing out how I see a fight playing out(same as you)so don't give me none of ya stupid racist rants clown...:haha: IF khan gets through zab, I cant wait for khan v bradley I can see some heavy betting between us bro lol I would Fucck with ya two on the betting my dude..You been really stand up my g..

bradley's hometown happens to be a small town in the middle of the desert. fighting there is never gonna draw a lot of people but he drew more people against alexander than khan did vs maidana or malignaggi. bradley fights in ghost towns like detroit and still draws more than khan who fights in fight towns like vegas and new york. what a star..... Obviously Bradley-Alexander would outsell two NON-AMERICANS fighting wouldn't it??????? As for khan-malinaggi they drew just under 5,000 and that was khans first fight in the US. The Bradley-Alexander fight was extensively promoted by HBO, where 2 UNDEFEATED americans would fight for unification. But the funny thing is only 6,247 FANS showed up for that fight!!!!! As for those numbers they seem to be correct its on a number of sites not just espn. The fact is Khan in his HOME country can sell 20,000 tickets fighting people like Mccloskey, whereas Alexander-Bradley struggled to attract 6,247 fans for a unification fight in there home country.

It takes a long time to build your name in america, just like in any country. How many people do you think would turn up to see Zab judah in england lol. Khan is huge in england he's been all over UK and pretty much sold out everywhere. At newcastle he sold out (11,000 Capacity) , Manchester he sold out many times (20,000 Capacity) , In O2 arena in london (20,000 capacity), in nottingham and many more. Thats like Zab judah going to every state in US and selling out, but the only place he could sell out is at home in madison square gardens. Bradley can't even sell out in his hometown with only 2,000 fans coming to watch him haha. I think Khan will become a good draw in the near future, but people need to remember Khan is a foreign fighter and has only had one previous fight in Vegas and only 2 in the US. Plus Zab doesn't really have much of a following anymore. The low ticket sales shouldn't surprise us.

The economy sucks, Vegas is very bad off right now, Zab is a has been who was over rated back when he was primed, and khan is from europe. Package that with HD tv and free streams. Its no shock that they can't sell tickets. U seen how many people have been going to baseball games? And baseball is ten times what boxing is in america, and they still can't get people to the games.
