Even after 4 years of retirement he comes out of retirement and woops everyones asses. We just have to wait for lil brother to get knocked out again and big brother will come to the rescue (again)

the fact that Vitali never got truly beat puts him ahead in my book. Sure hes had official losses, but hes never been stopped or outpointed in the classical sense. It's all been due to injuries. That is quite impressive. Hes also never been knocked down in his pro career. How many hw champs share that feat? anyone know? George Chuvalo.

I like Vitali, and think he is the better fighter, but he has not accomplished nearly as much as Wlad. There's no question Wlad ranks higher.

Vitali may not even be rated higher than Chris Byrd. Wlad by a few miles.

Not even close. Wlad is miles ahead in accomplishments. The only thing that would have made it in favor of Vitali is if he would have beat or stopped Lennox Lewis, which we all know didn't happen.

no1 and no2 in the division not wiling to fight,that wont go down well when they look back at the history of them both. Why dont they do it for charitable causes?,put headguards on even!. I would say that arreola and haye rematch for wlad is about whats left,with possibility of it being worth either brother facing fury/price/helanius.

Wladimir ranks higher imo. Both great champs though.

It's less about who's done more and more about who was done less

Vitali Klitschko: Never been knocked down or anything close to it Wladimir Klitschko: Knocked down every other fight. Got knocked down 3 or 4 times by Sam Peter Vitali: Been undefeated since 03' Wladimir: since 04' Who always needed to get his big brother to come to the rescue? I would say Wlad. Both have great resumes though. Now before anyone call me an idiot or a Klitschko fanboy, I'm talking about in this era, they've fought and beat the best of their own era. You can't really ask for more from a fighter.

Wlad ranks higher. Better resume. Vitali retired for awhile. If it wasn't for the retirement he probably would be ranked higher. This. There's not much more to say. Wlad has a better resume, has accomplished more, more defenses etc. Basically everything over Vitali when it come ranking them.
