The Klitschko brothers are top 5 Heavyweights of all time

Now let me get this straight. First off i think it goes .... Muhammad Ali Joe Louis Sam Langford Lennox Lewis Vitali Klitschko Wladimir Klitschko What i dont get is all the complaining that they always fight no hopers, you think ali never fought a no hoper? would you have been mad when you heard he was going to fight Chuck Wepner, Jimmy Ellis, or Brian London??? Sam Langfords record is 178-32-39. You think he never fought a no hoper? Would you have been mad if this hall of famer was going to fight Tim Sullivan when he was 0-1? or John Lester Johnson in 1913? And enough of the brother talk too, theyre never going to fight eachother and i dont blame them. How can you go all out in a boxing match against your brother? I dont get it, i seriously couldnt even walk toward the ring knowing im going to fight my brother. No way no how. Theyre family man, family is more important than boxing, who supports you after the boxing career is over? your family. Boxing is a tough and brutal sport and gives so sympathy. I cant believe this thread lol! the K brothers aren't even in the top 20 IMO. This cat i basing his argument on just accomplishments when that is just B.S. any of the ATG's could do the same **** as the K brother but better in this divs. right now. Based on potential? I strongly disagree, but at least thats not completely ridiculous. Based on Resume? That is just so ****ing wrong, and can be easily shot down. Please post a top10 list of heavies with the klitschkos in it. Based on his dominance and longevity as champion Wlad can make a run at the top 10 if some decent threats develop. Its unlikely, but he does have a chance. But padding his record with guy with only 14 or 15 fights isn't going to get him there.

Vitali (lennox) Wlad (haye) both future hall o famers i dont ccare what nobody says about haye. haye is not a future hof as of right now. He for sure is not a great defining win, hes arreola caliber at best. Vitali did good against lennox but lost. We can only speculate what would have happened if the cut didn't open, but that is just that, speculations.

Oh really? never got tired because who knows what they were on, name me when Vitali or Wlad were tired? I suppose Marciano threw 1000+ punches a fight? oh wait thats Vitali. If they throw 30 punches a round they can go 20 rounds too against some bum. They had harder fights in sparring than some of Marciano's fights. You do realize if they had 15 rounders now the training would be diffirent? They would conserve energy? Just because they went 15-20 rounds before doesnt mean people will gas in today's era, all it means is they will throw less punches and train for 20 rounds. Keep thinking Marciano would last with Wlad or Vitali. Marciano is the most overrated Boxer in history. Actually Marciano averaged 80-85 punches a round which is incredible for a heavyweight considering a good heavyweight averages about40-45 punches a round, Marciano did this over 15 rounds, so yeah he's recognized as the best conditioned heavyweight of all time. Oh yeah and didn't Wlad tire in his fight with Brewster? isn't that the excuse you fans give for him losing instead of the fact that he just has a poor chin? and Vitali sure appeared to tire in the later rounds of the Sanders fight.

Yea right .............. Joe Frazier? Marciano who was a blown up LHW fighting other LHW's in a era where there was no testing/honesty/bad doctors/bad training. Foreman? meh better than Crocky and Frazier. Joe Frazier beat Muhammad Ali, which is MUCH better than anything the Klitschko brothers have done combined. Frazier fought in an era with guys like Ali, Foreman, Norton, Lyles, Shavers, etc. Compare that to the Klits era. People were calling Haye a career defining fight for Wladimir that's all anyone needs to know.

I think the K brothers would give any HW in history a tough fight. However, I can't rank either brother top 10 because of their weak resume's. I'd probably rank them between 20-30 off the top of my head.

Are you serious? Wlad and Vitali are very good but I don't consider them amongst the top HW of all time. My top 5 is 1. Ali 2. Johnson 3. Louis 4. Holmes 5. Foreman. That's 5 without even mentioning guys like Frazier, Holyfield, Norton, Lewis, Tyson, Marciano, etc.

So you don't like Sam Langford either? He was one of the three best fighters ever. He fought everybody regardless of weight class, including much bigger men. Wlad is top ten for certain, Vitali is at least top 15 HW. Langford and Greb are the 2 best p4p fighters ever in my opinion. That doesn't make Sam a top 10 heavy. And there is no certainty Wlad makes the top 10. In fact I would bet when he's done fighting that most historians will have him outside 10 BECAUSE of his comp. Vitaly? Lol, forget about it!

the same holyfield who couldnt knockout an old foreman who got ktfo by ali? holy gets beat by the klitschkos 8 days a week I could easily say "The same Wlad that got knocked out by Lamon Brewster, Corrie Sanders and Ross Purity, thats who you think is a top 5 ATG heavyweight?" Holyfield was the top heavyweight in a harder era than the Klits, thats why he's greater than both brothers. In a head to head a prime Holyfield would give the Klits the hardest fight of their lives.
