Now, whether there is truth to this or not isn't the issue, but since Koncz has been on Pac's "inside circle" for a long time, I think people will believe his credibility.

If Koncz made the allegation and backed it up with evidence you would have to take it seriously. Koncz is not stupid and making unfounded allegations will end him up in court like Mayweather. Koncz will not made these allegations though, because they never happened. Would you believe Pacquiao is clean, if Koncz does not make these allegation? The guy has an axe to grind now and if Pac did use PEDS he would blab. But like I said Pacquiao hasn't so he won't.
