This guy should have been gone he caused way to many problems within Pacquiao's camp such as the one's stated in this quote from a 2009" interview: In a 2009 interview with Michael Marley, Koncz said of Roach, who was the first to introduce him to Pacquiao: "I told Manny to dump Freddie, I really did, It's an unnecessary expense at this juncture of Manny's career. i mean, i think it was pretty clear that koncz was manny's lapdog... he was even noted to sleeping on the floor with the numerous manny leaches... based on video footage, manny never really looked at koncz as an "advisor"... i never saw the respect. it seemed manny looked to koncz more like an "assistant"... roach & ariza spoke very poorly of the guy, it seemed evident the guy had no respect from the rest of the camp. i think its a good thing... lessen the talkers. have a centralized VOICE for manny... the contradictions were killing manny's reputation. whatever makes the fight happen ;)

damn this is a surprise. pacquiao seemed to really like and trust the guy. he was his most esteemed advisor. lol he even went out of his way to make sure all the lumps were out of pac's oatmeal, and the steaks were done just right.
