Canelo is already a star and a champ at like 21. He already has one foot in the door so with a few more impressive wins, he'll be the biggest PPV star in the world. Maybe one of the others could become a better boxer than him at some point but he has the best chance at making it as THE NEXT GUY in the sport. He blows Khan and all the rest of those names away in terms of live gate sales and PPV purchases.
i think Khan has better hopes than people give him credit for.
i'm more worried about his narcissistic tendencies (fight mayweather then quit at 28 etc) than his somewhat fragile chin.
No not young but up and coming and i think he will still be huge for the next 4-5 years
Guillermo is one of may favorites prospects. But Im question for young fighters
I don't believe in benavidez. I think he will go the route of juanma.
Khan will dominate the 147 division once pac and floyd are gone. He will have a Hopkins' like reign of the welterweights.
Canelo is good too but he would eventually have to move up into SMW and LHW territory. How good does he look when he fights Martinez? Or one of the SMW? think about it.
all of them have potential to be great, but i personally would choose between jose benavidez and frankie gomez. both have great amateur backgrounds and shown solid skills as pros. khan is 24 and sillakh is 26, they're really not on the same boat as the other guys. i'd put them with guys like cloud, ortiz, and gamboa. guys who are about to be at their prime or a couple steps away from being the top guys in boxing. the other guys have a more long way to go from being in the postition the khan type of guys are at. but gomez and benavidez seem like they're steadily moving along fine for now....
Canelo and Khan are already champions, so from the other 3 options I'll go with Sillakh, the guy has great skills and I think that he'll be one of the best of the world in a few years.
the question is who is the young boxer with more futere. I'm not taking about prospects. Who will be the best fighter of the next decade?
